Revisiting Andalusian Architecture on a 10,000 SqM plot, for a bult up space of 4000 SqM. The program required mainly on it's ground floor level an isolated SPA, living and dining rooms, majlis areas and a main kitchen. On it's upper levels the bedrooms. On the underground level we find all the services as well as a parking space and other related services. The central axis connects two major water fountains, one in the front and one on the back of the villa, cutting through the main entrance and dividing circulation into left and right, for SPA and public use. The entrance lobby remains open on both sides for open view to back garden of villa. The facades are a contemporary interpretation of Andalusian elements of design and give the project it's public/private features.
